Your dog doesn't care about certifications. You do  and you should.

Pet N Pet poop bags carry USDA Biobased certification, meaning 41% of every bag is made from plant-derived renewable materials, verified by the US Department of Agriculture. That's a government-tested specification, not a label we printed ourselves.

The bags themselves are 15 microns thick with a leak-proof double seal. Built for everyday dog waste cleanup, fit all standard leash dispensers, and come in lavender-scented and unscented options.

Available in packs from 180 to 1,080 count, including Subscribe & Save for households that run through bags fast.

Free shipping on all orders $30 and over.

  • They're certified. The USDA BioPreferred programme uses ASTM standard testing to verify the proportion of plant-derived content in each bag. Pet N Pet's certification covers 41% biobased content on our standard bags and 92% on our premium line. You can look up the certification directly on the USDA BioPreferred product database. We don't print what we haven't earned.

  • No, and we want to be upfront about that. "USDA Biobased" means 41% of the bag is derived from plant-based renewable sources instead of virgin petroleum. It is not a biodegradability or compostability claim. Bags should be disposed of in regular household waste. We state this clearly because environmental claims in this category can sometimes be confusing, and you deserve an honest answer.

  • Both are USDA Biobased certified. The 92% bags contain a higher proportion of plant-derived material per bag  meaning less virgin petroleum per unit. Both are 15 microns thick and use the same leak-proof double-seal construction. If your priority is the highest certified biobased content available, choose the 92% line. If you're buying in bulk for a multi-pet household, the 41% 1,080-count pack offers the lowest cost per bag.
