Yes. The pouch has a built-in clip that attaches to a leash handle, a belt loop, a waistband, or any bag strap. The treat compartment sits on one side with a magnetic snap top, open and close it with one hand while keeping your other hand on the leash. The poop bag pull-through slot is on the opposite side. Both are accessible without putting the pouch down or breaking stride.

Standard small to medium training treats fit comfortably  the kind used for sit, stay, and recall training. The compartment holds enough treats for a standard 30 to 45 minute training walk without needing a refill. It is not designed for large biscuit-style treats or wet food pouches. For high-value training sessions using smaller treats like cut-up cheese or chicken, the compartment keeps them contained without crumbling.

Yes. Hand wash is recommended for the treat compartment  wipe clean with a damp cloth after most uses, full hand wash when needed. The clip, dispenser slot, and magnetic closure are not affected by hand washing. Do not put the pouch in a washing machine or dryer,  the magnetic snap closure and dispenser mechanism are not designed for machine wash cycles.
